COMPANY TO NOTIFY. 14.1 Where the Company has developed a proposal to introduce major changes in production, program, organisation, structure or technology that are likely to have significant effects on employees, the Company must notify the employees who may be affected by the proposed changes and any union covered by this agreement and which is able to represent the industrial interests of one or more employees likely to be affected. Nothing in this clause limits the discretion of an employee to be represented by whomever the employee chooses.
