Company to Furnish Notice of Mode Changes. The Company is hereby granted the option to designate from time to time changes in Modes (and to rescind such changes) in the manner and to the extent set forth in Section 2.07 of the Indenture. In the event the Company elects to exercise any such option, the Company agrees that it shall cause notices of proposed changes in Modes (or rescissions thereof) to be given to the Notice Parties in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.07 of the Indenture and to deliver any Opinions of Bond Counsel required under the Indenture in connection therewith.
