Company Required to Pay Costs in Event Project Fund Insufficient. If moneys in the Project Fund are not sufficient to reimburse the Company for all Project Costs, the Company will not be entitled to any reimbursement for excess expense from the Authority, the Trustee or any Bondholder; nor shall the Company be entitled to any abatement, diminution or postponement of the Loan Payments.
