Common use of Company Instructions Clause in Contracts

Company Instructions. Company instructs TD to Process Company Personal Data: (a) in accordance with the Agreement; (b) to provide the Services, Platform and any related technical support; (c) as further specified via Company’s use of the Services and Platform (including in the settings and other functionality of the Services and Platform) and any related technical support; and (d) to comply with other reasonable instructions provided by Company where such instructions are consistent with the terms of the Agreement and this DPA. Company will ensure that its instructions for the Processing of Personal Data shall comply with Applicable Privacy Law.
