Company Insolvency. If the Company becomes insolvent or the Company seeks relief (or an order is entered against the Company) under any bankruptcy, reorganization, receivership, transfer for the benefit of creditors or other debtor relief statute or arrangement, Employee’s employment with the Company shall terminate thirty (30) days after the Company gives Employee written notice of the termination.
