Common use of COMPANY DATABASE Clause in Contracts

COMPANY DATABASE. The parties understand and agree that, ---------------- notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, all obligations of the parties with respect to linking the ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Images to the Company Database or enabling viewing of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Images through the Company Database will be undertaken only to the extent that necessary programming is performed by the third parties operating the Company Database. Company will seek to have such third parties, currently ▇▇▇▇▇ Data Systems and/or Terradatum, perform such programming on behalf of Company.
