Compactors. Contractor may provide Compactors; however, customers may own or lease Compactors provided that the customer shall be completely responsible for its proper maintenance and provided that such Compactor is of a type that can be serviced by Contractor’s equipment. Compactor collection frequency shall be sufficient to contain the Commercial Solid Waste without spillage, or unsanitary or unsafe conditions.
