Common use of Commuting Expenses Clause in Contracts

Commuting Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for commuting expenses reasonably incurred in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures. Such reimbursements will be taxable to the Executive to the extent required by law.
