Community Standards. A. I agree to abide by the Community Standards, which are appended hereto as Appendix A. I acknowledge that the Community Standards apply to me not only when I am in the building in which my Room is assigned but also while I am on any University Housing premises, which includes, but is not limited to, Common Areas, community centers, entry areas, hallways, parking areas, courtyards, terraces, decks, grounds, elevators, stairwells, playfields and dining facilities.
Community Standards. A. As a condition of residing in Student Housing, Student agrees to act with proper regard and mutual respect for other students, guests, and University staff. While living at Student Housing, Student agrees to abide by the Student Housing Community Standards (“Community Standards”), which are attached hereto as Appendix A and incorporated as part of this Agreement by this reference, and which may be amended by the University during the term of this Agreement. Student also agrees to comply with the provisions of Appendices A & B, which may be amended by the University from time to time and which are attached to and incorporated as part of this Agreement by this reference.
Community Standards. A. Conduct
Community Standards. Regardless of your user type, by participating in the Program, you are becoming a member of a community that depends on the goodwill and responsible behavior of each of our Users. Users are required to refrain from transmission or communication of images or text constituting ethnic slurs, obscenities, sexually explicit material, inflammatory or derogatory comments, or anything else that may be construed as harassing or offensive, which is targeted at the Program, the Company Properties, our employees, contractors or agents, Rewards Providers, or other Users. This includes communications by means of social media or other Internet posts that violate the above community standards or promote or encourage gaming or fraudulent behavior. Members who violate this provision, as determined by us in our sole discretion, may have their access to the Program suspended or terminated without prior notice. All Rewards posted to the App shall be subject to the provisions of Appendix D, Prohibited Items Policy.
Community Standards. GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Residential Life student leaders are expected to be knowledgeable about and model all HFS and UW policies, as well as applicable Washington State and federal laws. RPB members are expected to follow all Community Standards and engage in the community as a role model. RPB members are expected to support their community by contacting a Resident Adviser in the event of a community disruption and/or crisis. SPECIFIC ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Community Standards. Leaseholder, Occupants, and Guests shall comply with Community Standards as established in this Lease, the Apartment Housing Polices at xxxx://xxx.xxx/student- life/housing/apartments/apt-policies.cfm, the Code of Student Life at xxxx://xxx.xxx/code-of-student-life/, University Policy xxxx://xxx.xxx/finance-operations/policy-office/a-z-index.cfm, and applicable local, state and federal laws. Failure to comply with the UND Apartment Community Standards shall be considered a material violation of the Lease that can result in eviction.
Community Standards. D1 is a private, independent, community-oriented company. The undersigned and the undersigned’s guests are asked to uphold behavioral standards that exist for the betterment of D1’s community. Guests are asked to cooperate in preserving a community focused and family friendly atmosphere, free of inappropriate language, disrespect for others, and immodest dress. Pets, illegal drugs, weapons, alcoholic beverages and tobacco are prohibited anywhere on or at the facility.
Community Standards. I understand that by accepting ACDS’s offer of enrollment of the Student, I am willingly entering into a partnership for the benefit of the Student, personally, and the ACDS community, corporately. Accordingly, I understand and agree that it is our responsibility, as members of the ACDS community, to uphold standards of conduct and resolution of disputes in a way that promotes the well-being of the Student and the ACDS community.
Community Standards. Rules and standards which promote a positive learning and living community that all residents, and guests are expected to follow.
