Common use of Community Services Clause in Contracts

Community Services. The Developer shall pay the Community Services Charges calculated per hectare of the Development Area a set out in Schedule 2 attached hereto to the City on or before the dates as follows: thirty (30%) per cent on the Payment Date; thirty (30%) per cent within one year of the Payment Date; and forty (40%) per cent within two years of the Payment Date.
