Community Grant Program. 37. Respondent agrees to fund a Community Grant Program ("Grant Program"), in the aggregate amount of $11,490,000 ("Grant Fund"). The purpose of the Grant Program shall be to provide grants to qualified organizations ("Recipients") for purposes of stabilizing and strengthening communities of color.
