Common use of Community Facilities Clause in Contracts

Community Facilities. Resident acknowledges that the uses of the Friendship Room, Dining Room, lounge areas, and other common areas or related amenities at the Community are being furnished at the discretion of Owner. Resident fully understands all risks associated with these recreational facilities. Owner will not provide supervision of the community’s recreational facilities. Resident fully assumes all risks associated with these recreational facilities and agree that neither the Owner nor Management will be liable for any harm, loss, or damage sustained by Resident or any occupants or guests in connection with the use of these recreational facilities.
