Common use of Community Facilities Clause in Contracts

Community Facilities. Employees and retired employees shall be allowed the use of University facilities such as the swimming pools, tennis courts, bowling alley etc., during hours scheduled for such purposes or public hours at the same rates as apply to Faculty or for free as required by the University.
