Communications Software Clause Samples
The Communications Software clause defines the terms and conditions governing the use, licensing, or provision of software that facilitates electronic communication between parties. Typically, this clause outlines the permitted uses of the software, any restrictions on modification or distribution, and the responsibilities of each party regarding maintenance and support. By clearly specifying these parameters, the clause helps prevent misuse, ensures compliance with licensing requirements, and clarifies each party's obligations, thereby reducing the risk of disputes related to the software's use.
