Common use of Communications Services Clause in Contracts

Communications Services. TV outlets and individual data ports are provided in all rooms and apartments. Cable, IPTV service and Internet access (wireless and Ethernet) are both provided at no additional charge. Residents may not alter the existing wiring for any of these services and must provide their own reception devices (i.e., TV and/or computer). Wireless routers are prohibited in University Housing. Exterior antennas and satellite dishes are not permitted.
