Communications Plan. Purchaser and Seller shall use their respective reasonable commercial efforts to carry out the communications plan as agreed to among the parties as of the date of this Agreement with respect to communications to their respective customers, suppliers, employees, investors and strategic partners concerning the transactions contemplated hereby.
