Communications by Holders with Other Holders. Holders of any Series may communicate pursuant to Trust Indenture Act § 312(b) with other Holders of that Series or any other Series with respect to their rights under this Indenture or the Securities of that Series or any other Series. The Issuer, the Trustee, the Registrar and any other Person shall have the protection of Trust Indenture Act § 312(c).
