Common use of Communications by Holders with Other Holders Clause in Contracts

Communications by Holders with Other Holders. Holders may communicate in the manner contemplated by the provisions of TIA § 312(b) with other Holders with respect to their rights under this Indenture or the Notes (it being understood that, for the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Trust Indenture Act do not apply to this Indenture or the Notes). The Issuer, the Guarantors, the Trustee, the Registrar and anyone else shall have the protections contemplated by the provisions of TIA § 312(c) as if such provisions applied to this Indenture (it being understood that, for the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Trust Indenture Act do not apply to this Indenture or the Notes).
