Common use of Communications and Information Clause in Contracts

Communications and Information. To enhance communication, the Plant Manager and top Management team will meet with the Plant Committee on a monthly basis to keep them updated on plant issues. This will include updates on the key measures of the Mississauga Plant. The Union will provide an agenda of any other general issues they wish to discuss and the Company will provide a written schedule of the dates.
