Communications and Information. (a) Residents are required to know and comply with all terms and conditions contained within the University Housing Contract and Addenda. The Contract and Addenda may be found on the University Housing & Dining website.
Communications and Information. (a) Residents are responsible for all policy and procedural information posted on bulletin boards and/or disseminated through University media, including website, emails, and newsletters.

(a) All communications by an Interim Finance Party to an Obligor (or any Affiliate of an Obligor) under or in connection with the Interim Documents are, unless otherwise specified in the relevant Interim Document, to be made by or through the Interim Facility Agent. Each Interim Finance Party will notify the Interim Facility Agent of, and provide the Interim Facility Agent with a copy of, any communication between that Interim Finance Party and an Obligor (or Affiliate of an Obligor) on any matter concerning the Interim Facility or the Interim Documents.

Each Finance Party will notify the Facility Agent of, and provide the Facility Agent with a copy of, any communication between that Finance Party, an Obligor or any other Finance Party on any matter concerning the Facilities or the Senior Finance Documents.

Communications and Information. To enhance communication, the Plant Manager and top Management team will meet with the Plant Committee on a monthly basis to keep them updated on plant issues. This will include updates on the key measures of the Mississauga Plant. The Union will provide an agenda of any other general issues they wish to discuss and the Company will provide a written schedule of the dates.
Communications and Information. (a) The Employer will provide a bulletin board for the exclusive use of the Union. The bulletin board shall be located in a location accessible to employees (one in the School Building and one in the Residence Building).

Each Finance Party will notify the Agent of, and provide the Agent with a copy of, any written communication between such Finance Party and the Trust or any other of the Finance Parties on any matter concerning this Agreement or the other Operative Documents.

(a) The Group Security Agent will not be obligated to transmit to the Finance Parties any information in any way relating to the Security Documents or this Agreement which the Group Security Agent may have acquired otherwise than in its capacity as Group Security Agent. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary expressed or implied herein, the Group Security Agent shall not as between itself and the Finance Parties be bound to disclose to any Finance Party or other person any information, disclosure of which might in the opinion of the Group Security Agent result in a breach of any law or directive or be otherwise actionable at the suit of any person.
