Common use of Communication with Accountants Clause in Contracts

Communication with Accountants. Each Borrower authorizes Agent or any Lender to communicate directly with the Accountants and authorizes the Accountants to disclose to Agent or such Lender any and all financial statements and other information of any kind, including copies of any management letter or the substance of any oral information or conversation that such Accountants may have with respect to the business, financial condition and other affairs of Borrowers.

Communication with Accountants. Each Borrower authorizes shall and hereby does authorize (a) Agent or or, after the occurrence of any Lender Event of Default, any Lender, upon prior and reasonable written notice to Borrowers, to communicate directly with the Accountants and authorizes (b) the Accountants to disclose to Agent or such Lender any and all financial statements and other information of any kind, including copies of any management letter or the substance of any oral information or conversation that such Accountants may have with respect to the business, business and financial condition and other affairs of Borrowers.

Communication with Accountants. Each Borrower authorizes the Agent or any Lender and the Lenders to communicate directly with the Accountants its independent certified public accountants and tax advisors and authorizes the Accountants those accountants to disclose to the Agent or such any Lender any and all financial statements and other information of any kind, supporting financial documents and schedules including copies of any management letter or the substance of any oral information or conversation that such Accountants may have with respect to the business, financial condition and other affairs of BorrowersBorrower and any of its Subsidiaries.

Communication with Accountants. Each Borrower authorizes Agent or any and each Lender to communicate directly with the Accountants its independent certified public accountants and authorizes the Accountants and, at Agent’s or a Lender’s request, shall instruct those accountants to disclose and make available to Agent or such and each Lender any and all financial statements Financial Statements and other supporting financial documents, schedules and information of relating to any kind, Borrower (including copies of any issued management letter or the substance of any oral information or conversation that such Accountants may have letters) with respect to the business, financial condition and other affairs of Borrowersany Borrower.
