R eporting. Grantee will submit the Financial Report (Exhibit C) quarterly after the execution date via email to the County’s Primary Contact. For the Financial Report to be considered satisfactory, it must accurately and thoroughly reflect actual eligible expenses incurred by the Grantee during the previous quarter. Grantee will notify the County’s Primary Contact if Grantee needs to modify its budget. Grantee shall also submit a Final Report included in Exhibit B that details the impact of the grant, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s enrollment during the Grant Period, and whether the Grantee participates in the Virginia child care subsidy program. Financial reports (Exhibit C) and the Final Report (Exhibit B) that are not submitted correctly and/or not sufficiently documented will be rejected by the County and sent back to the Grantee for correction. The Grantee agrees to submit other reports which the County may reasonablyrequest.

Grantee will notify the County’s Primary Contact if Grantee needs to modify its budget. Grantee shall also submit a Final Report included in Exhibit B that details the impact of the grant, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s enrollment during the Grant Period, and whether the Grantee participates in the Virginia child care subsidy program. Financial reports (Exhibit C) reports, invoices, and the Final Report (Exhibit B) that are not submitted correctly and/or not sufficiently documented will be rejected by the County and sent back to the Grantee for correction. The Grantee will not receive funding until the report and invoice are correctly submitted. The Grantee agrees to submit other reports which the County may reasonablyrequest.
