Common use of Communication Materials Clause in Contracts

Communication Materials. 7.1 The Recipient acknowledges that ARENA may request the Recipient provide to ARENA, artists' impressions, renders or professional imagery, including photography and/or video and audio in connection with the Project (Communication Materials). 7.2 A request made in accordance with clause 7.1 will be in a form similar to Appendix B (Communications Material) and will include: (a) any appropriate guidance materials; (b) any necessary technical specifications; and (c) the required timing for the provision of the Communication Materials.
