Communication Functionality. 3.5.1. In case the Software has communication (e.g. telephony) function EXCELLENT does not guarantee that the Licensee can communicate without disruptions, delays or communication-related flaws. EXCELLENT shall not be liable for any such disruptions, delays or other omissions in any communication experienced when using the Software.
