COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE. MONITOR AND PARTIES 21 191. The Monitor will maintain regular contact with the Parties in order to ensure 22 effective and timely communication regarding the status of the City’s implementation of and 23 compliance with the Settlement Agreement. To facilitate this communication, the Monitor will 1 conduct meetings every two months, or as needed, which will include participation by SPD, the 2 Chief, representatives of the City Attorney’s Office, and DOJ.
