Common use of Communication and Rescheduling Undelivered Gas Clause in Contracts

Communication and Rescheduling Undelivered Gas. (A) Buyer and Seller understand that this Agreement will require frequent communication and cooperation for proper scheduling and delivery of Gas. The acting Party will provide timely Operational Notice when (i) Seller changes its delivery Rate or Buyer changes its receipt Rate, or (ii) Seller ceases or curtails deliveries or Buyer ceases or curtails receipts.
