Communicable Disease Services. Communicable disease services are available to help control and prevent diseases such as sexually transmitted diseases (STD), tuberculosis (TB) and Human Immunodeficiency Virus/Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (HIV/AIDS) infection.
