Commonwealth Obligations. The Parties acknowledge and agree that at any reasonable time any person designated by the Commonwealth Cooperative Research Centre Program may view the progress of the Project and that the Parties will give all assistance reasonably requested by such designated person.

Commonwealth Obligations. THE OBLIGATIONS OF THE AUTHORITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT BE DEEMED OBLIGATIONS OF THE COMMONWEALTH OR ANY INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE COMMONWEALTH OTHER THAN THE AUTHORITY.
