Commonwealth Obligations. The Parties acknowledge and agree that at any reasonable time any person designated by the Commonwealth Cooperative Research Centre Program may view the progress of the Project and that the Parties will give all assistance reasonably requested by such designated person.
Commonwealth Obligations. 6.6.1. The Commonwealth will:
a. in conjunction with CAD, work to secure CSMAC approval for annual CAD research priorities annually;
b. administer the National Research Program;
c. administer the NDC System;
d. manage and administer the Commonwealth contribution to the I&I Fund during Years 2 and 3 of this Agreement;
e. facilitate information sharing and dissemination among the parties to this Agreement; and
f. support and conduct research and development initiatives, at the national level, in conjunction with CAD.
Commonwealth Obligations. Commonwealth shall assume and abide by all of the obligations of the Customer under the Retail Agreement arisi ch case except to the extent including but not limited to, the obligations for any Minimu Termination Payment, and the EDR Termination Payment, an deposit or an irrevocable bank letter of credit or other securit Termination Payment, and the EDR Termination Payment, in those obligations are expressly modified by this Amendment.
Commonwealth Obligations. THE OBLIGATIONS OF THE AUTHORITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT BE DEEMED OBLIGATIONS OF THE COMMONWEALTH OR ANY INSTRUMENTALITY OF THE COMMONWEALTH OTHER THAN THE AUTHORITY.
