The COMMON TECHNOLOGY clause defines the shared technological tools, platforms, or systems that both parties will use or have access to under the agreement. This may include specifying particular software, hardware, or communication protocols that are necessary for collaboration or service delivery. By clearly identifying the technology to be used, the clause ensures compatibility, streamlines operations, and reduces the risk of misunderstandings or technical conflicts between the parties.
