Common Skills and Knowledge. Notwithstanding the provisions to the contrary, at any time, Party A is not prohibited from, or is prohibited from by an applied injunction, using the regular skills or knowledge acquired during the provision of services, including, but not limited to, the information known or used by the public or the information reasonably acquired during the provision of similar services to Party A’s other partners.
