Common use of COMMON ITEMS Clause in Contracts

COMMON ITEMS. 14.1 The Tenant shall pay the Landlord within 30 days of demand the Tenant’s Proportion of all costs properly payable by the Landlord for the maintenance, repair, lighting, cleaning and renewal of all Service Media, structures and other items not on the Building but used or capable of being used by the Building in common with other land. 14.2 The Tenant shall comply with all reasonable regulations the Landlord may make from time to time in connection with the use of any of those Service Media, structures or other items and notify to the Tenant in writing.
