Common use of COMMON ITEMS Clause in Contracts

COMMON ITEMS. 9.1 The Tenant shall pay the Landlord on demand a fair proportion of all costs payable by the Landlord for the maintenance repair lighting cleaning and renewal of all Service Media structures and other items used by the Property in common with other land. 9.2 The Tenant shall comply with all reasonable regulations the Landlord may make from time to time in connection with the use of any of those Service Media structures or other items.
