Common use of COMMON ITEMS Clause in Contracts

COMMON ITEMS. 10.1 The Tenant shall pay the Landlord within 14 days of written demand a fair proportion of all costs reasonably and properly incurred by the Landlord for the maintenance, repair, lighting, cleaning and where beyond economic repair renewal of all Service Media, structures and other items not on the Building but used by the Building in common with other land.

COMMON ITEMS. 10.1 9.1 The Tenant shall pay the Landlord within 14 days after receipt of written demand a fair proportion of all costs reasonably and properly incurred by the Landlord payable for the maintenance, repair, lighting, cleaning and where beyond economic repair renewal of all Service Media, structures and other items not on the Building but used or capable of being used by the Building Property in common with other landproperty.
