Common use of Common Furnishings Clause in Contracts

Common Furnishings. All furniture, furnishings, fixtures, appliances, carpeting, and equipment located in a Unit or elsewhere within an Applicable Resort and available for use by Purchasers in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Applicable Timeshare Documents.
