Common use of Common Area Utility Costs Clause in Contracts

Common Area Utility Costs. Tenant shall pay to Landlord Tenant’s Share of any Common Area utility fees, charges and expenses (collectively, “Common Area Utility Costs”). Tenant shall pay to Landlord one-twelfth (1/12th) of the estimated amount of Tenant’s Share of the Common Area Utility Costs on the Commencement Date and thereafter on the first (1st) day of each month throughout the Term. Any reconciliation thereof shall be substantially in the same manner as set forth in Section 6.4 above.
