Committee Level. If the grievance is not settled at the preceding level, the grievance may be presented to the School Committee by giving written notice to the Superintendent within five (5) days after the receipt of the decision in the preceding level. The Committee or its subcommittee shall meet with the aggrieved teacher and the Committee shall issue a written decision within fifteen (15) days after receipt of such written notice.
