Common use of Committee Composition Clause in Contracts

Committee Composition. The Committee shall be comprised of representatives of both unions and employers, as follows: Four union representatives – each of the four major unions (CUPE, Unifor, NSNU and NSGEU) will select a representative; Four employer representatives – these will be selected from both NSHA and IWK and employers represented by ▇▇▇▇; A representative from the HANS Group Benefits Service will participate in the committee on a non-voting, ex-officio basis.
