Committed DBE Clause Samples
Committed DBE. A DBE that was identified by the consultant, typically on a DBE Affidavit, to meet an assigned DBE goal as a condition of contract award and performance, and includes any substitute DBE that has subsequently been committed work to meet the assigned contract goal.
Committed DBE.
