Commitments of Agencies. The Parties hereby commit, to the extent practicable, to early involvement and cooperation to ensure timely decisions are made and that the responsibilities of each Party are met. The Parties commit to working together and as appropriate with Indian Tribes, multistate entities, state Agencies, and other interested persons. In particular the Parties agree to: A.
