COMMITMENTS BY THE RECIPIENT. a) The Recipient will complete the Project in a diligent and timely manner, within the costs and deadlines specified in this Agreement and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Recipient will be responsible for all costs of the Project including cost overruns, if any. b) The Recipient shall use or engage qualified project management for the duration of the Project. Only with the written approval of the Province may the Recipient manage the Project with its own staff. c) The Recipient will ensure that the Project will be completed by the Project End Date as stated in Schedule B {Statement of Work) and will provide the Province a duly executed Schedule F {Declaration of Substantial Completion) to be submitted with the final claim form.
