COMMITMENTS BY THE RECIPIENT. a) The Recipient will inform Canada promptly should it no longer meet the Eligibility Criteria. b) The Recipient will complete the Project in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. c) The Recipient will repay to Canada any and all overpayments made under and according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. d) The Recipient will inform Canada immediately should it no longer be able to meet the terms and conditions of this Agreement or of any fact or event that could compromise wholly or in part the Project
