It is hereby stipulated that if any member of the technical or support team, athletes, or any of their employees and / or representatives enter legally in the face of the LICENSOR seeking any kind of relationship or legal relationship, the LICENSEE will be fully responsible for the expenses incurred by the LICENSOR with its defense, as well as for the payment of any court fees, appeal bonds, loss of suit and conviction fees, and it is certain that the responsibility of the LICENSEE for the sums due will be computed as from January 1, 2020 and any previous amounts is the responsibility of the LICENSOR. The LICENSEE shall, in this event, pay to the LICENSOR all amounts spent by it, as defined in this clause, within five (05) days after the LICENSOR communicates the fact.
