Common use of Commitment to serve Clause in Contracts

Commitment to serve. Subject to Developer’s performance of all the covenants contained herein, including the dedication of an additional 18.18 acre-feet of raw water credit, and payment of all required fees, the Town commits to provide to the Project up to 120.1 acre-feet per year of water supply for residential in-building use together with the corresponding sewer service and 66.3 acre-feet for irrigation as described above.

Commitment to serve. Subject to Developer’s 's performance of all the covenants contained herein, including the dedication of an additional 18.18 acre-feet of raw water credit, herein and payment of all required fees, the Town commits to provide to the Project up to 120.1 2.24 acre-feet per year of water supply for residential in-building use together with the corresponding sewer service and 66.3 acre-feet for irrigation use, as described above.

Commitment to serve. Subject to Developer’s performance of all the covenants contained herein, including the dedication of an additional 18.18 acre-feet of raw water credit, herein and payment of all required fees, the Town commits to provide to the Project up to 120.1 0.2 acre-feet per year of potable water supply for residential to satisfy the in-building use water demands together with the corresponding sewer service service, and 66.3 up to 1.95 acre-feet per year of raw water for irrigation as described abovelandscape irrigation.

Commitment to serve. Subject to Developer’s 's performance of all the covenants contained herein, including the dedication of an additional 18.18 acre-feet of raw water credit, herein and payment of all required fees, the Town commits to provide to the Project up to 120.1 9.52 acre-feet per year of water supply for residential in-building use together with the corresponding sewer service and 66.3 acre-feet for irrigation use, as described above.

Commitment to serve. Subject to Developer’s 's performance of all the covenants contained herein, including the dedication of an additional 18.18 acre-feet of raw water credit, herein and payment of all required fees, the Town commits to provide to the Project up to 120.1 1.0 acre-foot per year of potable water supply together with the corresponding sewer service, up to 0.806 acre-feet per year of non-potable water supply for residential in-building use together with the corresponding sewer service and 66.3 acre-feet for irrigation as described abovelandscape irrigation.

Commitment to serve. Subject to Developer’s 's performance of all the covenants contained herein, including the dedication of an additional 18.18 acre-feet of raw water credit, herein and payment of all required fees, the Town commits to provide to the Project up to 120.1 4.73 acre-feet per year of potable water supply for residential in-building use together with the corresponding sewer service and 66.3 service, up to 1.68 acre-feet per year of non-potable water supply for irrigation as described abovelandscape irrigation.

Commitment to serve. Subject to the Developer’s performance of all the covenants contained herein, including the dedication of an additional 18.18 acre-feet of raw water credit, herein and payment of all required costs and fees, the Town commits to provide to the Project Property up to 120.1 156.6 acre-feet per year of water supply for residential in-building use together with the corresponding sewer service and 66.3 acre-feet for irrigation as described aboveuse.

Subject to Developer’s 's performance of all the covenants contained herein, including the dedication of an additional 18.18 acre-feet of raw water credit, herein and payment of all required fees, the Town commits to provide to the Project up to 120.1 1.62 acre-feet per year of potable water supply for residential in-building use together with the corresponding sewer service and 66.3 acre-feet for irrigation as described aboveservice.

Commitment to serve. Subject to Developer’s 's performance of all the covenants contained herein, including the dedication of an additional 18.18 acre-feet of raw water credit, herein and payment of all required fees, the Town commits to provide to the Project up to 120.1 9.55 acre-feet per year of water supply for residential in-building use together with the corresponding sewer service and 66.3 acre-feet for irrigation use, as described above.

Subject to Developer’s 's performance of all the covenants contained herein, including the dedication of an additional 18.18 acre-feet of raw water credit, herein and payment of all required fees, the Town commits to provide to the Project up to 120.1 1.04 acre-feet per year of potable water supply for residential in-building use together with the corresponding sewer service and 66.3 service, up to .33 acre-feet per year non-potable water supply for landscape irrigation and a temporary non-potable water supply as described abovestated in paragraph 2.c.

Commitment to serve. Subject to Developer’s 's performance of all the covenants contained herein, including the dedication of an additional 18.18 acre-feet of raw water credit, herein and payment of all required fees, the Town commits to provide to the Project up to 120.1 9.28 acre-feet per year of potable water supply for residential in-building use together with the corresponding sewer service and 66.3 up to 1.60 acre-feet per year of non-potable water supply for irrigation as described abovelandscape irrigation.
