COMMITMENT TO PRIVACY. Unless otherwise authorized by Indow in writing, you agree not to use any information you acquire regarding Customers except for the purpose of referring them to Indow. You agree not to use Customer information for purposes of solicitation, advertising, unsolicited e-mail or spamming, harassment, invasion of privacy, or conduct which may be otherwise deemed to be objectionable conduct.
