Suspension of Account. Without limiting IRIS Connect's rights or remedies, IRIS Connect may upon written notice, discontinue or suspend access to the System through your Account in the event of
Suspension of Account. We can suspend your Account privileges at any time, for any reason even if you pay on time and your Account is not in default. We will notify you after we do so, unless you are in default at that time. We have no obligation to notify you prior to suspending your privileges or cancelling your Account.
Suspension of Account. If Poliigon in its sole discretion deems that You are misusing Your license it may shut down Your License and access to the Service effective immediately and terminate this Agreement. Any prohibited use of the Service will result in termination of this Agreement and the License and an obligation for You to compensate Poliigon for any and all losses and damages which it incurs. Poliigon reserves the right to keep copies of all Customers’ Customer Assets created for the purposes of verifying that such Customer Assets are not used contrary to this Agreement or the terms of the License You hold.
Suspension of Account. CJC may suspend your account if it believes the following has occurred:

If LICENSEE is delinquent on any network subscription payments or other outstanding balances payable to ELITE, fails to sign the APS Agreement as outlined in the Elite Software, Inc. License and Monthly Subscription Agreement, or is in breach of this Agreement or any other agreement signed with ELITE, access to the Elite Property will be suspended until such matters are resolved. To resolve any such matters, LICENSEE shall contact the Elite Software Customer Service Department during the normal business hours set forth in Paragraph 22.
Suspension of Account. In the event Indow Windows determines that you are in breach of this Agreement, Indow Windows may suspend activity on your Account until you cure the breach of this Agreement, or until Indow Windows terminates this Agreement.

If LICENSEE is delinquent on any subscription payments or other outstanding balances, fails to sign the APS Agreement within five (5) months of the date this Agreement is signed, or is in breach of this Agreement or any other agreement signed with Elite Software, access to the Elite Property will be suspended until such matters are resolved. To resolve any such matters, LICENSEE will be required to contact Elite Software Customer Service Department during the normal business hours outlined in Paragraph 17.

To resolve any such matters, TRANSFEREE will be required to contact Elite Software Customer Service Department during the normal business hours outlined in Paragraph 17.
Suspension of Account. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement, the Broker shall have the right exercisable at the absolute discretion of the Broker at any time to suspend operation of the Account or to close the Account without ascribing any reason and without any liability to the Client for such suspension or closure by terminating this Agreement.
