Each Partner and CEPI confirm their commitment to achieving Equitable Access to the results of all CEPI-supported programmes, whether in an Outbreak, Increased Outbreak Preparation Need, epidemic or pandemic situation, as provided herein with respect to any Project Vaccine in accordance with CEPI’s “Equitable Access Policy”.
