Commitment to Consultation. The parties agree to engage in ongoing consultation throughout the life of this Agreement. A consultative committee will convene on at least a quarterly basis. It will have terms of reference drafted and endorsed by the committee and ratified by the Synod Senior Leadership Team (SLT). The consultative committee will be made up of employee, employer and union representatives. The consultative committee should convene within three months after this Agreement is approved by the Fair Work Commission.
