Common use of Commitment Term Clause in Contracts

Commitment Term. The "TERM" of the Commitment hereunder shall be for a period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on the Facility Termination Date, or such later date as the Committed Note Purchaser, Paradigm and the Agent may agree to in writing, in their sole and absolute discretion.
