COMMITMENT OF CEMEX. 1. In order to reduce or prevent pollutants in storm water associated with industrial activity and to eliminate alleged unauthorized non-storm water discharges from each Facility into the waters of the United States, CEMEX shall implement appropriate structural and non- structural Best Management Practices ("BMPs") as described more fully below.
