Common use of Commissioning of sub-processors Clause in Contracts

Commissioning of sub-processors. (1) Definition of sub-processor For the purposes of this regulation, sub-contracting relationshipsare those servicesthat directlyrelate to the provision of the main service. This does not include ancillary services that ATOSS uses, for example telecommunication services, postal/transport services, maintenance and user services or the disposal of documents and data media, as well as other measures to ensure the confidentiality, availability, integrity and resilience of the hardware and software of data processing systems. Nevertheless, to also ensure the privacy and security of the data of the Customer for outsourced services, ATOSS is obligated to effect appropriate and legally compliant contractual agreements and control measures.
